I have three accounts, with 5 digits each and since january 30, the founds are missing in my USD WALLET and I havent been able to access them since the dissapearence of Binary.com. I can still see the accounts on meta trader 4, and im still able to trade from there, but i’m incapable of see any money or make withtrawals. I have been writing back and forth to the DERIV help mail and they have sent me new credentials but the problem persists. Im desperate since its my livelihood that is on the line, I was using almost all my savings to trade succesfully until this event happened. I trusted this plataform with my money and now its nowhere to be found. Please help me recover this accounts. If anybody have experienced similar situations please reffer them here so we can search for help toghether.
