If you are struggling to create an MT5 real account, here are the steps to guide you to completion.
- Once the Deriv account is created, In Trader’s hub, navigate to the real section using the dropdown
- you can see under CFDs you have the Deriv MT5 section, under which you have three types of real MT5 accounts
Trade using MT5 web terminal
- In the trade modal when you click on the “Open” button of “Metatrader5 web”, you will be redirected to the Mt5 web terminal in a new tab
- Accept the disclaimer, you will get the ‘connect to account’ modal, where you will need to provide the login ID and Password of the MT5 account
- You can refer to the trade modal of the MT5 account to get the login ID
- Upon clicking on ‘Connect to Account’ you will be redirected to the trading page, you will find the necessary symbols on the right side
- based on our choice we can start trading
Trade using MT5 desktop app
- In the trade model you have download options for desktop apps, from there you can download the application to the desktop
- Open the MT5 desktop app, File → Login to Trade account
- You get the Login modal, where you need to give LoginID, and password and select the correct server name based on the account from the server dropdown
- Once you log in you can see the list of symbols on the left side, you can choose and start trading
Trade using MT5 mobile app
- When you open the trade model of the MT5 account on Mobile, After account information you will get only two options, one is to use the web terminal on mobile, and the other is to use the MT5 mobile application
- If you don’t have the MT5 app installed on mobile, you will be redirected to Appstore/Play Store based on the mobile OS, from there you can download the application
- If you have the MT5 app installed on your mobile already, you will be redirected to the MT5 app, it will show a login page where you can see the prefilled MT5 login ID and server, you will need to provide a password and continue trading
