# How can I remove the $ 500,000 limit

Hello, I have a query, it turns out that I was practicing on the demo account  
and I wanted to regulate the balance and I know how I can eliminate the limit of $ 500,000  
without waiting for the next day?

and if this also exists in the real account, how is it deleted or  
is that it is not possible because this happens?

Hell dear,  
I have a similar issue… I set my self exclusion limits on my real account to $100 and now I can’t trade beyond that, I totally want to disable it  
I need help from anyone on this platform ASAP

Hi am Sam for you to remove the limit, you have to verify your a/c for withdrawals by agent.This is done by going into your a/c,click on settings\>authentication then upload your documents POI and POA and the limits will be lifted
