# How do i change withdraw method

when i want to withdraw it only gives ZingPay for the method. i want to withdraw in to my Skrill account but it wont let me choose a different method other then ZingPay

@cameist-acetals-2 ,. Hello, changing withdrawal method is not always easy.

In other to get the necessary steps to do that, you need to contact deriv via the “live chat” on your deriv page.
