I new here’s and the option for uploading identification documents isn’t working. Pls how do I fix?

I have problem with my identity verification to enable me use p2p service but each time it says your name does not tally with that on the document you provided. Help me please

@bulbier-acnodes-2 ,. Hello, did you use the exact names on your documents to register with deriv?  
If just one name is omitted, deriv won’t accept it.
