# How to account verification

How to document verification

@caynard-acerval-2 ,. Go to your deriv page and click those 3 lines at the top left and the menu button will shoot out.

Then scroll to “account settings” and click it.  
On the next column, scroll to “verification” and under it you will see “proof of identity”, click it and submit your I.D

Under it you will see “proof of I”, click it and submit your bank statement or any other bill showing the house address you used when you registered.
