We would like to share a step-by-step on how to log in to your Deriv X account by using a mobile application or from your browser (web terminal).
MOBILE APPLICATION LOGIN:

- You can download the mobile application of Deriv X on your
Google Play
andApp Store
.
- Once you’ve downloaded it, launch the application and the login page should look like this

- You can toggle between your demo or live account. Select according to your type of Deriv X account.
- You may find the login details of your Deriv X account here.
- Use the username in your
Deriv X dashboard
to yourDeriv X mobile application
- If you don’t remember your Deriv X password, you can change it here.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in to your Deriv X mobile application, it will look like this

- If you receive an error message
Credentials are invalid
, recheck and ensure that the username and password are correct. If you don’t remember your password, don’t worry, you can always change your password here.

BROWSER (WEB TERMINAL) LOGIN:

- Login to your Deriv account and head over to the
Deriv X Dashboard
here.
- Click on the
Trade on web terminal
button of your corresponding Deriv X real or demo account.

- Be sure to select your preferred demo or real Deriv X account as the web terminal will launch different terminals separately.
- Once you’ve launched the web terminal, you may insert your Deriv X login information.

- If you don’t remember your Deriv X password, you can change it here.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, it will look like this

Incorrect username or password

- You can switch your Deriv X account between synthetic and financial by clicking the Deriv X account number, as per the image below
