## Unreliable Platform, Automated Bot Causing Losses

I had a very disappointing experience with Deriv. I was using their automated trading bot, and it seemed like whenever I was making a profit, the bot would stop automatically, causing me to lose money. This behavior made me lose trust in the platform, and I believe the system is unreliable and manipulative.

I requested a refund, but instead of receiving any help, they only provided me with a ticket number. The response was vague and unhelpful, and they didn’t resolve my issue. It felt like they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility for the losses I suffered.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before using Deriv, as they seem more interested in taking your money than actually offering a trustworthy service.
