# I cannot connect with support team.

I had a issue with withdraw. I chatted with support team. They create a ticket for me. Nothing else, i wait and wait with nothing happen. I comeback the chat center and find no way to connect with the support team. The structure of chat box had changed and not the old same. I tried to chat in chat box but no read, no reply. Please help me.
