# I CANNOT SENT BTC to WALLET PROVIDED

I tried sending bitcoin to the wallet provided, it is showing invalid wallet, what can i do?

Secondly all effort to deposit through VISA card has been abortive

Please try using the web version of your cryptocurrency wallet to use our addresses for deposit as we have updated our address format to Bech32. You can also refer to the following link to check on the supported wallets to our Bech32 address format, [Bech32 adoption - Bitcoin Wiki](https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bech32_adoption).
