# I cant deposit through my visa card which I have been using all along please help

@atomize-acoasma-2 ,. Sometimes, the issue comes from banks. Your bank must have blocked deriv from accepting funds via card deposits.

Contact your bank. Issues like this mostly affects some Nigerian cards.

That is what it says but I did not try more than 3 times…

@atomize-acoasma-2 ,. Ok, it is obvious that your bank has blocked deriv from accepting payments via your card.

The only option is to use another method, like Airtm or perfect money to deposit so that the same method could be activated for your withdrawals.
