# I can't make withdrawals

Good morning, I can’t make withdrawals. He sends me the verification email and when I tell him that I am, he does not redirect me to the withdrawal page but to the broker’s page. What to do in this case?. Thanks. Edilson.

I can’t make withdrawals. No withdrawal medium listing there.
