# i can't withdraw my money.

I did a pix deposit via paylivre, and now i can’t withdraw my money. no methods appear in cashier to do.

Hi @angoise-acrylic-2, please be informed that you can withdraw using Paylivre therefore please deposit a small amount of funds using only Paylivre in order to withdraw the funds from your account.
