# I can't withdraw to Netteller

Hi  
I’m try to withdraw money to Netteller account. but its not see there. Why Netteller not available for withdraw money?

Hi @boation-abiotic-2, if the payment method you prefer is unavailable at the withdrawal section, a small deposit is required to register it to your account.

I am not able to make a withdrawal to my Netteller, which could be the problem. I just withdrew yestarday.And today it is not working,instead it is asking me to make a deposit to Nettelerr.
