# I was unable to withdraw with the atm card I use to deposit

I was unable to withdraw to with to the card i use for deposit why ? Also it should Have bitcoin withdraw but I can’t Find

Hi @Padtos, if you are unable to withdraw the funds using your card, you need to create a crypto account first in order to withdraw the funds using a crypto account.
