# ID document verification and withdrawal

Hi. I wanted to make a withdrawal but they said I must send the proof of identification, I did send that and I received the email to confirm that my ID document has been verified. But still when I log into my account I cannot make a withdrawal. Please help ASAP

Please I forgot my password and it’s really disturbing me. each time I try to reset, it keeps say “token expired” or invalid address. Helpe please
