# Lost access to registered email on Deriv

Hi everyone. Any suggestions on how I could link a new email account to my Deriv account since I have lost access to the old email account registered on Deriv. I tried the recovery process multiple times with no success. It’s truly frustrating as I have funds in the account and I’m really really in need of. Please assist?
