# Master card not recognized

I deposit from my master card all the time. But when i want to withdraw money deriv send a notification saying that my card number is not valid or can not be used. Why  
It unfair that you take money from my account but can’t send money back. Please help me out

i deposit form my masterd card but right now I can’t withdraw.
