I tried to withdraw money into my Perfect money account but Deriv said Pending Request…Please can you help out… ---

@beliked-aclinic-2 , You tried to withdraw or you placed a request for withdrawal, which one? I am assuming you placed a request for withdrawal and it shows pending. It means your request is being looked into. Once done, it will be processed. ---

@beliked-aclinic-2 ,. No specific time is fixed for that. You have to wait patiently. Once done, your status will be updated to “verified”. ---

Itd very irritating. It have been saying the sane to me for the past weeks even now i tried depositing but its pending waiting for accoubt update. Oohhhh ---

Yes and if you try many times it will end up sayibg exceeded deposit while did not eve deposit ---

@breakax-acidity-2 ,. Sorry bro. But that issue is often associated with using credit card for deposit. The solution is to kindly use another method to make a deposit. Many had this same issue and had to switch to another method. Happy trading. ---

@beliked-aclinic-2 ,. Which method have you used to make a deposit? I have advised that you should avoid deposit via credit card. It gives issues alot. So which one did you use? ---
