# Missing withdrawals payments

Hello Deriv

I usually process withdrawals using Zingpay(Not working currently- pls update us). I have noticed that one of the withdrawals has not been paid into my bank account, more than a week ago. How do I handle this? Who can help cause I don’t even have live chat on my Deriv screens. Please urgently assist.

Hello the wIthdrawal which was supposed to be paid has been deposited back into deriv account just now. We can close this matter.
