# MT5 Account closed, inactivity - Didn't receive my funds

Having a bit of an issue

My MT5 account got closed due to inactivity. I still had over $300 left in the account

I received an email saying my funds would be returned to my Deriv account but I only received a $1 something

Anyone else had this issue before or able to assist?
