# Multiple Address Verification Documents Not Accepted

Hello.
I submitted two different documents with my address since the system told me I had to do it.
I have submited two different documents with my address, but both of them failed to be accepted.
I need to know what is wrong with the document I am uploading, because it is a whole bank extract that consists of more than 3 pages sealed by the bank but somehow is not accepted.
Can you help me out to know what is wrong with it?

i upload electricity bill but account not activate please confirm it
