Thank you very much for contacting me.I received a message stating that the decision is final and not reversable so I don’t have any holes of pursuing the matter further. Hello, I’ve got the same problem, my proof of address was rejected and my Deriv account is disabled, but I’ve send a proof of address downloaded form my Bank page. If it’s impossible to reopen my Deriv account, I would like to take my balance out. Please help. ---
