On the 26th March 2026 at 08:06 my funds from my metatrader 5 account was withdrawn without my consent. I did not receive any withdrawal email request, the funds does not reflect on dashboard. I contacted the help centre via livechat and on whatsapp and i have been waiting for assistance until now. I am frustrated and losing my trust in deriv. This has never happened to me before and i am struggling to get assistance. ---
