# My Visa Card is not working on the withdrawal

Good morning guys, i wanted deposit money on my deriv account via my card visa, but it isn’t working. They show me this " Transaction was not successful  
We’re sorry, but the transaction encountered **an error**.  
**Declined by Antifraud**  
Please check your information or try another deposit method. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services."

Please somebody can help me with that ?
