my withdrawal to agent or e-wallet always rejected after use p2p, request to custumer support not solved my case.

Deriv cashier now is not good, I hope the cashier returns to the way it was at [binary.com](http://binary.com)

Hi @arratel-adzukis-2, thank you for joining our community! In regards to your issue, kindly be informed that you would have to withdraw the equal amount you have deposited first via P2P. Once you have withdrawn the equal amount you have deposited via P2P, you may proceed to withdraw using other payment methods as usual.
