# My withdrawal was not processed

Hello my withdrawal was not processed  
I made a withdraw through Litecoin, followed the normal process, instead of the withdrawal to go through it just get cancelled and I can’t see the withdrawal history nothing  
It is as if you guys are cancelling my withdrawal

I have been looking for the live chat on the website I did not see it please help
