cant login my live synthetic dmt5 account on my laptop but it works on mt5 software on my phone , please what is going on ? please help me fix this mess

Hi please has your problem resolved?  
I seem to have a similar challenge here. I am trying to report to the technical team but I don’t know how to go about it.
