# New account, can't see withdraw options

Hi, I have a new account, when I try to withdraw money. I get the withdraw link in my email after making the request. But when I click on it, I do not see any option to make a withdraw.

No help yet. I am beginning to believe the articles online about them not helping with withdraws, yet their system is so good at deposits.
