# Payment agents' commission rates

Hello Deriv Community,

If you’re planning on using a payment agent to fund your account, you might have questions about the commission rates for deposits and withdrawals. Not to worry, we’re here to help you find the information you need.

To check the commission rates for deposit and withdrawal using a payment agent, simply follow these steps:

**Step 1** : Go to your Cashier page and look for “Payment agents” on the left sidebar.

**Step 2** : Choose the payment agent from the list and click on the drop-down icon.

**Step 3** : You’ll be able to see the commission rates for deposit and withdrawal for that payment agent.
