Goodday.

Please assist me with the payment that I have made on 27/02/2026 that is still not reflecting on my account. I made payment of 72usd via capitec pay and it was successful on their side but no money reflecting on deric account.

Tried to escalate it with your watsapp and live chat but you still keep me waiting without answers.
