Hello please Please since yesterday i want to withdraw to my e wallet address but the transaction ia pending i cancel it and make another again is pending please i need help is it a network problem from you or what can i do

I have been trying to withdraw ethereum since morning too. It has been pending i tried to cancel and do many times it must be something wrong with the system

Hello Alvia, the withdrawal was blocked with a massage about about suspected robot drawing which is not true… Please I would like to know how long Deriv would take to investigate and reopen the account… You have wrongly blocked the account… I have been trying to reach you on live chat…
