# Personal Info conflict

Hello

Every time I login, The system is complaining that my date of birth is incorrect or not matching something and says contact customer support but then the system hangs indefinitely.

I checked and the birth date is correct on the personal page. Can someone fix this please.

The live chat virtual assistant is not helpful at all.
