# Placed withdrawal but not credited

I made a withdrawal for over a week ago and I was not credited with the fund…

What is the problem please…

Or is deriv now like other fraudulent firms?

I am facing a similar issue. I made a withdrawal using Astropay and I have received an email from deriv saying the withdrawal has been processed succesfully but I havent received the money on my phones mobile money wallet, mpesa.

Deriv si paga. El Problema muchas veces son los medios x el  
Cual retiras. Yo tuve un problema hace poco, pero me lo solucionaron. Insistí y todos los días preguntaba sobre. Mi caso. Y me llegó mi retiro. Escribe a soporte
