I put my identity card that is expired but now I change with another one .when come to change they said the limit of uploading had exceed

@bodikin-acrilan-2 ,. You actually made a mistake by submitting an expired I.D card. You should have checked your documents before uploading them.

Well, the mistake has been done. Now, write to support or chat them via live chat and wait for reply.  
But your action( submitting expired I.D) might delay their response. But be patient.
