# Processing time

Do take note that most of our procedures have processing time and here are the details of it:-

1. Deposits

- After making a deposit, the amount shall be credited instantly
- If your deposit does not reflect, provide us with proof of transfer as mentioned in this [article](https://community.deriv.com/t/my-deposit-is-not-credited-what-should-i-do/26327/4) and our relevant team will require 1-3 working days to check on it. We shall give you an update once we have done the checking.

1. Withdrawals

- We process withdrawals within 24 hours after you have requested it
- Time taken for the amount of your withdrawal to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method you have used.

1. Investigations

- There are a few situations that require further checkings from our relevant team, and this process takes 1-3 working days. Once done, we will update you accordingly

1. Account unlocking

- If your account gets locked, we will notify you of the reasons via email, and unlocking the account requires 1-3 working days. _Note: This depends on the requirements to unlock your account_
