# Proof of address deriv

I recently opened an account on deriv. My identity verification was quick and easy. But my proof of address does not want to be verified. I uploaded a bank letter containing all relevant information required and meet all standards. But does not work.

Is there anyone having issues with verifying proof of address after sending Bank statements, Affidavits etc.? It’s honestly frustrating I’ve never had an issue with deriv but this takes the cake. The nightmare of proof of address is something else. At this point it feels like my account will never be verified and it’s a damn shame
