Proof identify problem solve with in 3 days but my account have 3 to 4 days in does not solve after why reason

Bonjour comment allez vous ici.  
Au faite j’ai un problème avec la vérification de mon compte. La pièce d’identité est vérifiée mais la justificatif de domicile c’est toujours ( Examen encours)
