# Retard de retrait

Hello  
I have two concerns regarding withdrawals in this period from Saturday 08 to today.  
1- did you make an announcement saying that withdrawals could be delayed because of the Tabaski holiday period?  
2- is there an option to boost my withdrawal in case it is late?

My account disappeared last night, when I tried to make a transfer. Mt5 still indicating that I have withdrawn but the funds never transferred to my deriv dashboard, what’s going on with deriv
