# RISE / FALL strategy, the bot is not reading correct, is not paying the win, there are some bug there

I was testing strategy RISE / FALL on DEMO ACCOUNT  
I lost over US$ 10.000 on Demo Account because the platform has some BUG.  
the SPOT is **RISE** and the platform readed as **FALL** , so instead to payout the win, the platform charged, so took over 10.000 on demo account, So I was checking number by number and I found that has some BUG there, that is making to loose money, because the spot is RISE and was consider FALL , i did over 500 trade contracts, I download the exel file…, and the error appears in many contract operation , so a Lot of money lost for a BUG taking wrong decision…, support needs to check it, because is a big fault

how to send the complete exel file to support?
