# Server, I tried using Deriv-Server but its does not work

Please help with the server, I created a Real Synthetic Account to try to resolve this as suggested but a PDF I found here  
but to deposit I still need to use CR2677020 which give an error server name, which I need inorder to be able to deposit.

I can deposit to Real Synthetic Account beause its greyed. I can only depositto CR2677020 but its gives an error server name.
