# Steps to follow when not receiving Verification email

If you have not received verification emails such as withdrawal or reset/change password email, you may perform the following first:
- Ensure you are logged in to the correct registered email address
- Check your spam box in your email
- You may refresh the page and repeat to send the verification link
- Ensure your email inbox still have capacity
- Use an incognito browser to send the verification link
- Ensure that your **Chrome** browser is updated to the latest version
- May try on another device
