# Steps to permanently save Ad Details for Deriv P2P(App Version)

Dear members,

You are able to save your Payments Methods permanently. How to do it? You may refer to the steps below:

1. Sign in to your [Deriv.com](http://deriv.com/) account  

2. Click on Profile below on the screen

1. Click on Settings

1. Click on the Ad details

1. You may fill in the details required then click on the _Save_ at the top right of the screen.

I deposited on my LTC crypto wallet yesterday and I wanted to transfer it to my mt5 account buts it’s displaying the transfer/withdrawal locked pls how can you help.

The help line is not responsive.
