Steps to raise a P2P dispute.

When can a dispute be raised?

  • If the buyer has not paid for the order

  • If the buyer underpaid for the order

  • When the seller does not release the order after payment has been made

If the 1-hour waiting time has expired for your Deriv P2P order, you would need to raise a dispute for the order in the following way:

Go to your orders and click on Complain

Important note: Orders that have a Complete status cannot be disputed. Please be very careful when completing an order.
