# Support Delay: Been waiting for 24+ hours for an agent regarding uncredited crypto deposit

I’ve been waiting now 24+ hours on both live chat and WhatsApp for a assistance regarding a crypto deposit with no help. I made a deposit on TON network yesterday but didn’t include the memo. Is there any help
