buenos dias tengo el mismo inconveninete , intento retirar y no me sale ninguna opcion para escoger de retiro ---

tengo el mismo problema, llevo todo el dia intentando y nada, he visto videos de retiros y si dan opciones pero a mi nada que me salen las opciones de retiro
