Greetings, since last Friday the 19th, the synthetic crash and boom indices do not allow buying/selling, it says: this trade is temporarily unavailable

Kindly note that Crash and Boom Indices and Jump Indices are currently disabled for Multipliers on the following platforms: Dtrader, Dbot and Deriv GO. We truly apologize for the inconveniences on this, our team is currently working on the matter.

At the moment we do not have a time frame to when this will be fixed. Please try using different indices in the meantime, we offer a great variety which you can feel free to try out.
