# Trades got Stuck

I had about 30 open trades on the GBP/USD DFFX10 Index, was trading fine untill about 2 hours ago, it just stoped and is hanging now,

I have logged out of the app and logged back in on a another computer.

I cannot close the trades.

I can start new trades on a different index.

What must I do
