# UK Clients

So what’s the reason UK clients are having their gaming accounts closed, and why will we no longer be able to use multipliers on synthetics? Anyone know?

In Portugal, the same is happening and no explanation was given. I’m waiting to speak with the support, I’ll put here what they told me.
