**Skrill and Neteller Deposit issue**
If you deposited your Skrill or Neteller wallet using Mastercard, you will not be able to deposit this amount to your account.
Even if you transfer this amount to a different Skrill / Neteller e-wallet this amount will still be blocked and not be available for deposits to our website as the initial resource of funds was MasterCard.
Thus, we would advise you to deposit your Skrill / Neteller wallet using a VISA card.
